To participate in interscholastic sports, students are required to:

1. Complete an online athletic registration participation form.
   
   
2. Submit a current athletic physical.
   
   • Please turn completed athletic physical forms into the health office.
   • Athletic physical forms must be turned in before students can tryout, practice or compete in any sport.
