District 2 has a new motto: Learning & Growing Together.

That motto is just one part of the District's new, five-year strategic plan. The District also updated its mission and vision statements, beliefs, and strategic priorities.

And now it has introduced a new logo to symbolize those ideals. 

During the September 21 Board of Education meeting, the District unveiled its new logo depicting its new “Learning & Growing Together” motto.

The logo, which is shown above, was chosen earlier this school year in an online survey of students, staff, parents and community members. The version on the dark blue background will be featured on the District's website, while the version on the white background will be printed on letterhead, business cards, etc.
