Greetings BSD2 Families, Students, Staff and Community Members, 

Thanksgiving is here, and it is my hope that this holiday finds you with an abundance of blessings to celebrate. 

I, for one, am so grateful for the warm welcome that has been extended to me by the BSD2 community and staff. You have made me feel right at home since the moment I was named the District’s new superintendent nearly a year ago. Thank you!

I am so proud of what we’ve already accomplished together, and thankful for the hard work from so many across this community that has made this success possible. In such a short time, we have already created and embraced a new strategic plan that has set us on course for even greater growth and achievement.  In addition, we have embraced a new logo and motto – Learning & Growing Together – and it brings me so much joy to see our students and staff bringing that motto to life every day in classrooms across this District. Thank you!

I am grateful and honored to serve in a community that keeps students at the heart of its decisions. I wish you nothing but the best this Thanksgiving season and I look forward to seeing our staff and students back on Monday, November 28th.
